Pope Leo XIV has cancerous tumour removed from right lung

Pope Leo XVI had a cancerous tumor removed from his right lung on Tuesday, the Vatican has confirmed. The operation at Rome’s Gemelli hospital was successful and without complication, the Vatican said.
