ICC hears case against former Mitiga Prison commander over abuse

The International Criminal Court has opened hearings against former Libyan prison commander Mohammed Ali El Hishri, accused of overseeing widespread crimes against humanity at the notorious Mitiga detention centre near Tripoli.
