HRW accuses Mali armed forces of executing and disappearing Fulani men

The NGO Human Rights Watch (HRW) has released a report accusing the armed forces of Mali and the Russian Wagner Group of committing crimes such as summary executions and forced disappearances against men from the Fulani ethnicity.
