Vintage Bultaco 250 - was non-runner

This was acquired as non-runner the clutch was very stiff to the point almost unusable. It had been in boxes of bits for several years but previous owner assembled it - though we aren't entirely convinced he got it running. Main problem was likely carb blockage and points needed cleaning and re-timing. It still proved reluctant to start for 2 or 3 days but going amazingly well now after further minor tweaks.
