Lucasfilm President Kathleen Kennedy is reportedly set to retire by the end of 2025 after leading the studio for over a decade. While she oversaw major successes like The Force Awakens and Rogue One, her tenure was also marked by controversies and stalled projects. An official announcement may come at Star Wars Celebration in Japan this April.
