Longest sauna session marathon relay - 24 hours and 6 minutes by Hanken Business Lab

Organised by Hanken Business Lab, this record attempt brought together over 150 participants in a continuous sauna relay lasting more than 24 hours. Timed to coincide with the International Day of Happiness, the “Nordic Saunathon” celebrated Finland’s ranking as the world’s happiest country by highlighting the cultural importance of sauna as a space for wellbeing, connection, and community.
