Alvin Bragg 'Case Has To Be Reversed' - News Keeps Getting Better For Trump

Trump won that big immunity case in the Supreme Court, huge immunity case and now

it looks like even the New York case, the Manhattan case brought by Alvin Bragg

is in serious jeopardy. Now Alan Dershowitz, one of the most famed

professors and lawyers in the history of this nation, an absolute mastermind when

it comes to constitutional law and a Democrat by the way, he says the case

has to be overturned. He says in light of the immunity decision it has to be

overturned but he also contends that Judge Juan Marchand who is I think at

this point everybody knows a vehement anti-Trumper is going to do everything

in his power to stop that from happening. See because I think Marchand believes

this is his case as much as he thinks it's Bragg's case and I think he also

knows his career in New York might be toast if he reverses this case. Now that

doesn't mean the Court of Appeals or the Supreme Court who eventually get this case will not reverse it, they most likely will. But will Marchand do the

right thing, the thing he's most likely legally required to do here? I don't know

but I want you to hear what Alan Dershowitz has to say about it and then let me know what you think in the comments. It must be reversed now because

the Supreme Court held in the last week of the term that you need unanimous jury

verdicts in order to enhance punishment, in order to do what happened in this

case. Remember in this case without unanimous jury verdicts, without a unanimous jury verdict you had turning a misdemeanor into a felony, changing the

statute of limitations and enhancing the punishment that's possible and you didn't need a unanimous jury verdict for that. You didn't even need to know

which crimes the jurors focused on. You could have had multiple choice, some

jurors focusing on this, some on this, some on the other, some by a vote of seven

to five, some by a vote of six to six. Who knows? And so I think the New York

case has to be reversed and I think that's why Judge Marchand will do

everything in his power not to reverse the case, postpone the sentencing until

September to give him some time to perhaps come up with some justifications

for not reversing it. I don't know what he can do. you
