Oftentimes we make pain worse by reacting to pain with negativity.
We add shame to pain.
We add panic to pain.
We can't just BE with pain.
We don't know how.
But you CAN learn.
You can learn:
- to let pain pass
- to not be overwhelmed
If you can handle emotional pain THEN, freedom is possible:
- Eat normally
- Think normally around food
- Live in your body without obsession
