Prime Chicken Wings

Today, my friends, we're making chicken

wings and we're going to try an

experiment. I see everybody drinking

this prime, and I tried it myself, the

prime lime. I thought it was pretty

good. So, we're going to go in and use

it as a marinade. Two of them. Start out

by marinating your chicken wings for 2

to three hours. All right, my friends.

They have been marinating for 3 hours.

So, we're going to get them all laid out

and dry it off. I swear this smells like

a melted lime popsicle.

All right, now it's real simple. We're

going to use the Dano Chipotle. That's

the maroon top. I want y'all to see

right where it's at. Actually, hang on.

I do this for everyone that says I got

to use a whole bottle every time I use

Danos. So, there's where we're at. We're

going to hit it with a pop pot.

Remember, Danos is not packed full of

salt. We use real sea salt. So you still

get the salt flavor that you need that

you have to have, but we use natural

ingredients. That's why we can use more

because we're actually using the flavor

of those ingredients and not just a

bunch of cheap salt. Make sure we get

them all nice and evenly coated. Now,

let's take it outside and throw it on

our smoker. We got it set to 400°.

That's the exact perfect temperature

that you need. We're going to go on for

one hour.

Oh yeah, I almost forgot to show you.

Look how much I used. Well, that's why I

buy the big bottles. So, I don't have to

use the whole bottle, but I can use as

much as I want. And I still got a whole

lot more. That's why you buy the big

bottles, so you can be flavor rich, too.

All right, y'all. We are 40 minutes in.

We're just going to go on and give them

a little flip. All right, 20 more

minutes. All right, y'all. Look at that.

400° for an hour. That's why we do it.

All right, we're ready to go eat. Let's

go get a bite.

about. 400° is perfect. Look at that.

They pull apart. Pull that bone out just

like that. Look, no chicken on it.

Chicken's still inside the skin. Twist

this one here. Just like that. Now you

got all that chicken and meat right

inside that crispy skin. Let's give this

a try and see what it's all about.

Wow. That little bit of popsicle lime

lime flavor that penetrated into that

meat and the combo of the smoky

chipotle. That's a winner for dinner.
