Today we're doing what is called Breach or Die. Breach or Die is they have to breach multiple targets or multiple doors

First what simulates this is they'll use a shotgun. Two guys will shoot three rounds apiece

Once they've done that, the competitors will take off, they'll grab their breaching equipment

and they'll run to the wall which is called the release point. Once they hit the release point, two of the designated marksmen or the overwatch guys

will get up on top and they'll take out their designated targets

They have a total of six targets between two people. Once that's done, they'll get the command go

They'll breach the targets, breach the indoor targets upstairs. They'll go all the way up

Once they get to the overwatch position upstairs, three guys will take out a total of 15 targets

So basically this is a breaching exercise plus a marksmanship exercise. I made it a little difficult because, you know, you're breathing hard and all that stuff

I made it to where they only get one bullet per target. So they've got to be on their A game on this one

They have a total time of 15 minutes. So every time they miss a target, that's a 30-second penalty

So if they miss a lot of targets, they can also be disqualified because they went over their allotted time of 15 minutes
