which is in Saudi Arabia in Riyadh. The World Defence Show is now heading towards its third edition

Its first edition was in 2022, and it's under the patronage of the King in Saudi Arabia

and it's very much set up around the Saudi 2030 vision. So a lot of that's around trying to get the local industry

the 50% localisation of the defence industry there. Now, that doesn't mean international industry can't get involved

There's actually more opportunity for international to get involved. So the show is very much set up as an international show

across all domains, so land, sea, air, space, which is also becoming a thing

Last show back in 2024, back in the earlier part of this year, was a huge success

So we got to 106,000 visitors over the five days. We had over 700 exhibitors there Full international over 70 countries came really big delegation program We positioned the show around innovation and really want to do that moving forward

And so we had a lot of new products being demonstrated there. And one of the benefits of where we are

which is in the desert near Riyadh, is we've got huge amounts of space for live displays and demonstrations

So we have an air display at the World Defense Show, unlike some of the other defence shows, can't do that

So that's one of our unique selling points is we have a big runway and space to do flying displays

We also have a land display area. So we've got the desert, the benefit of the terrain out there

So it's really good for land vehicles, unmanned vehicles, or in the air as well

All of those work really well there. So that's a huge success. So we're now working off the success of that 2024 show, which was fantastic

We're heading towards 2026. And so for 2026, you'll see innovation is still a key part of it

But again, we're going to be working on some new features. So we're looking at what's new in the industry, the innovations that are going to be out there

We're looking at things like AI, obviously. There's a lot of talk around that, AI and how that can be implemented

Unmanned, we want to put a big focus on at the show because, as I mentioned, we've got the space

And space, again, is something that gets talked about up in the atmosphere

So we be talking about how that impacts the defence industry as well which is quite an exciting area to move on So really for 2026 we looking to grow again get bigger There huge demand for the show I already 50 sold out of the show

So the floor space is already 50% sold. So, you know, we're looking to really fill that space up and make 2026 a fantastic show

World Defence Doe does. Obviously, it gives two things. Saudi Arabia is a key gateway to the Middle East

It's obviously one of the largest defence exporters and importers in the world

So it's obviously a big market. drives demand, but also it allows them to come to the show and understand how to get involved

in the Saudi market and work with the government there. So as I've sort of mentioned, part of

the reason for the show is around this 50% localisation and Vision 2030. Exhibitors that come to

the show will be able to understand how they can get involved in the Saudi market. We've got to meet

the government program going on so where they can come and sit down and learn how you get

involved with the MOD, some of the licensing things that Gammy, the General Authority of

Military Industries put in place. So really it's there for industry to

to come in and learn about that. But on top of that, it's a huge networking place

for the global industry to come together, learn about what's happening next, and really share knowledge

We're proud of our visitors. I think we bring a really high quality of visitor, number one, to the show

So we had over 100,000 last show. But Saudi Arabia is a truly remarkable country at the moment

It going through huge change It such a friendly country I think anyone that comes there will be very surprised about how welcome they made to feel how easy it is to get around there So I urge everyone to come to the kingdom and to come to the show I think they be truly surprised and I think it will meet all
